CSIS Pacific Partners Initiative (http://csis.org/program/pacific-partners-initiative) is Washington’s first New Zealand focused program in a major think tank. PPI focuses on US policy in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. It produces research, programming and policy updates relevant to policy makers in the US and the Asia Pacific region.
New Zealand – United States Council
Founded in 2001 and supported by both business and the New Zealand government, the NZ – US Council is committed to fostering and developing a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between New Zealand and the United States. It is an advocate for the expansion of trade and economic links between the two countries including the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement.
